Clayton Valley and College Park square off in a Monday night contest of two undefeated teams at Clayton Valley Charter.

The Lady Minutemen and Lady Warriors both won their respective West Coast Jamboree girls basketball tournament brackets to finish 2014 on a winning streak. For the complete results of all brackets feel free to check out and search for west coast jamboree, Or click here.

Clayton Valley Charter defeated Oakdale 28-7 to secure a spot in the State Bowl Game on December 20th. They will face Redlands East Valley from So Cal in the Div II final. They join Campolindo (D3) and De La Salle (Open) as local teams vying for titles next Saturday. Ironically, CVC's closest game was a one score victory over fellow DVAL member Concord during the regular season.

The coaches of the DVAL have selected the All-DVAL teams for 2014. Miles Harrison, CVC Running Back, heads the list as the league MVP. Malik Blackburn, QB, Concord and Jax Carter, DL, CVC are the offensive and defensive MVP's respectively. For a full list of the teams look under Sports/Football above or click here.

Jade Lee from Northgate High School, the league champs, took home MVP honors for the DVAL this year. Meanwhile three setters were selected to the all-league team as the coaches voted on the impact players from the 2014 season. For the full team click here or check under the Sports tab above.

Two goal keepers captured the MVP honors for the DVAL, Katelynn Van Tuyl from CVC and Liam Williams from NG won the honors. For a complete list of the players click here for the girls and here for the boys team.

The Bronco Boys Water Polo team advanced to the NCS title game, falling just short 13-7 to the #1 seed, Redwood. They finished the season 25-3. Congratulations!

Jamie Busby from College Park and Parker Burr from Concord won the women's and men's varsity cross country championship races respectively at the DVAL Championships held at Hidden Valley Park in Martinez. For the complete varsity results click HERE or look under Sports - Cross Country.

The Northgate Lady Broncos won the DVAL tournament, defeating College Park 3-0 in the championship. The Broncos had already captured the league championship by virtue of their undefeated round-robin regular season. They look to be a strong top 4 seed in the NCS playoffs.

Kristina Lecesova from Northgate defeated Erica Kemp of College Park in the DVAL Singles Championship 6-2, 6-0 to win the league championship and MVP honors for the season. The Berean Christian Doubles Team of Gabby Nobili and Gianna Nobili defeated College Park's Kayla Southwick and Maddie Winterrich 6-0, 3-6, 6-3 to take home the doubles crown.
